Product Description, Price and Product Information

From time to time, the prices of products may differ for products published on The Site to the prices offered in Circle City Bargains stores. All product prices shown are inclusive of any VAT (where applicable). The prices do not include the cost of delivery or any other service offered.

If, by mistake, we have underpriced a product, we will not be liable to supply that product to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the product to you. In those circumstances, we will refund you for the items ordered and notify you of the correct price, giving you the opportunity to purchase the items at the correct price, subject to stock availability.

Slight variations in colour and appearance may occur. We take great care to reproduce product descriptions and specifications provided by manufacturers accurately, but errors may occur. We will not be responsible for any errors or omissions. If there is anything which is unclear, or if you wish to obtain further information, please contact us.

Age Restricted Sales

In order to purchase 'Age Restricted' products (including alcohol and knives) you must be aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 it is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase these items. You may be required to provide valid Proof of Age in order to collect these items from our stores or before delivery is made to your delivery address.

Return Policy

Faulty items

You can return your order, or part of it, if damaged, faulty or with an error within 14-days after collecting it from the store. In order to return your item, Take your proof of purchase and products that need to be returned to circle city Bargains store. The store can then inspect the item, and issue a refund or replacement (if possible). Your proof of purchase can either be your delivery note, confirmation email or invoice.

Returning unwanted items

To return unwanted items to our store, they must be in their new, original condition for re-sale at full value. Please note unwanted personalisations or made to order items can not be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is not received in a new, unopened condition.

Delivery

Please note that the delivery driver will only drop off items in the driveway or into a garage. Driver will not enter the drop off location. (Including Houses and Backyards). If no one is there to accept delivery, our driver will wait 15 minutes. There will be an additional $99.98 delivery fee when you call to REBOOK your delivery.
